01Private tool and scope
Clip Queue is operated by Clip Queue operator as a private tool for discovering, reviewing, trimming, and composing selected Twitch clips. There is no public sign-up, subscription, or customer-facing service. The public website provides information and policies only. Reading these pages does not make a visitor an application user, grant access, or grant rights in any clip. These terms describe conditions for any expressly authorized access to the private application.
02Authorized access
Application access is limited to the operator and devices the operator expressly authorizes. Do not obtain access without permission, share pairing keys or connection tokens, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or misuse platform APIs. The operator may revoke access, disable integrations, or discontinue the tool when needed for security, maintenance, or other operational reasons. There is no promise of public availability or continued access.
03Review, editing, and platform posting
The tool ranks publicly available clip metadata and presents footage for review. Approval authorizes the tool to download the source and prepare the operator's selected range, including an AI-assisted webcam crop and an optional title. The operator is responsible for checking the selection, crop, title, and final output before distribution. AI detection and popularity estimates can be inaccurate. There is no guarantee of virality, suitability, earnings, or a particular editing result.
TikTok integration is currently disabled. Any future upload or posting feature requires the relevant account authorization, platform permissions, and an appropriate approval flow. An inbox upload may require completion inside TikTok. Automated public posting is not promised. These pages do not represent TikTok approval or eligibility for its APIs.
04Content rights and responsibilities
Public availability of a Twitch clip does not grant permission to download, edit, or republish it. The operator must have the necessary rights or permission for the specific use, including video, voices, music, images, game content, and other third-party material, and must respect applicable laws and platform rules. Do not use the tool to infringe copyright, violate privacy or publicity rights, mislead viewers, impersonate another person, harass others, or distribute unlawful content. Clip Queue does not claim ownership of third-party clips or give visitors a license to reuse them. The operator remains responsible for all editorial and publishing decisions.
05Third-party services
Twitch, TikTok, Amazon Web Services, and OpenAI are independent providers. Their terms, policies, API restrictions, and availability apply to their services. The tool is not sponsored, endorsed, or operated by those providers. APIs, playback links, account permissions, quotas, or platform review decisions may change or stop working. The operator must comply with those requirements; availability of a feature in this tool does not override them.
06Privacy and security
Information handling is described in the Privacy Policy. Keep access credentials private and authorize only trusted devices. Do not submit private footage or other sensitive information without authority to process it and share necessary material with the tool's providers. No security measure can eliminate all risk. The operator should revoke credentials or device access if compromise is suspected.
07Availability and limitations
The tool is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law. No warranty is made regarding uninterrupted operation, accuracy, error-free processing, or fitness for a particular purpose. The operator should retain independent copies of important material. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable to an authorized user for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the tool. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or imposes payment obligations on visitors to these public pages.
08Removal requests and contact
Creators, rights holders, and people depicted in clips can contact dustyberkley@gmail.com with questions or removal requests. Include the clip URL, the issue, and the basis for your request. The operator will review the request and may remove or restrict material while investigating. Removing records from this tool does not itself remove a Twitch clip or an independently published TikTok post; those may require separate action with the platform.
09Changes to these terms
The operator may update these terms as the tool's operation changes. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes affecting any authorized access should be communicated to the authorized person before they take effect. Contact dustyberkley@gmail.com for questions about these terms.
